Thank you! This is exactly what I need to refine my weekly review process. My favourite takeaways are: the colourful and focused template page; the brain dump trigger list; the brilliant explanations of "capture" and "clarify". You demonstrate how to actually use the GTD system beautifully. Much admiration and gratitude.
I like how you explain your process. I will definitely revisit. I don't actually give myself a rountine/time set aside to review, and the truth is, that I should. Thanks!
I just found your channel. I’m not even sure why, but I am obsessed with planners and I can’t get enough of any information or ideas! I can already tell that I’m going to love your channel! I just subscribed.
This is such great timing for me, I have been really overwhelmed of late with so many family needs (looking after my Mum during her illness, losing my Mum, sorting out her belongings and house ) my planning is all over the place, in other words not much getting done that needs to be done normally. I'm writing up my weekly reset page tonight so I can retake control over my daily life. As always, thanks for taking the time to make your videos, I always have a few takeaways from them 💜💜
This is absolutely fantastic and so helpful!! Thank you for sharing! I’ve been trying to figure out how to close my week and make sure everything has been addressed! Very valuable system!!!
I'm currently reading GTD. I didn't realize I bought it in German years ago and just put it in my library. Went and bought it in English. 😅😂 Since I gave up on digital planning as that just wasn't my thing, I am working on putting together my A5 ring binder. My own review process is still a work in progress, so your video came on time and gave me some pointers. Like to include checking in on lists you might not need and thus not review on a regular basis (e.g. someday/maybe). Great video as always, Annie. Thanks for doing these.
I'm so glad that I found your channel. Great content! I look forward to watching all your videos and incorporate them into my work and personal planning systems.
Great video! I use a physical planner for daily planning, but I do my weekly review in Notion and I try to have only one inbox. I'm so easily distracted and can loose my focus. It's interesting how each of us is different and need different tools to get things done (love the GTD system!). Thank you for sharing your ideas. It has been very helpful for my planning process.
Takes me about 30 minutes. It will definitely take longer when you initially begin, mainly because you are having to look further back and further ahead. But when you do this every week as a routine, you are already up to speed on most items and only really processing what has occurred in the week.

This is exactly what I need! Step-by-step instructions that I can then customize for my needs.

HI and thanks for this video! How long do you need to get trough all of this in a week? Looks, like the review process might be very time consuming.

Where did you get the bullet journal with the flowers and dragonflies?
It is linked in the description box - picked it up with my spring planning supplies from Amazon.
I found it! Thank you!
