A good tip from Jane Esselstyn is to run your frozen veggies under hot water before dumping them in your pot. This way the water doesn’t get too cooled off.
I love adding a handful of (raw) shredded cabbage or slaw mix with my PB creamy noodles too! I'm definitely going to try your sauce recipe next time! 🩷
We get so much protein already in so many ways it is ridiculous... We have all been brain-washed by evil food-marketers to think protein is so wonderful and we "need so much more..". it's all BULLSHIT... We get plenty of protein from a well-rounded plant based diet... PERIOD...
I did something similar last night except I made the noodles cold and just added them to raw shredded cabbage and carrots. The sauce was very similar. It was so yummy as a cold salad! I will try your sauce recipe thanks!
Oh my word! I watched this and immediately made it for lunch. It was excellent. I used PB2; 1/3 cup PB2 and a bit less than 1/3 cup water. Thank you so much, you guys are GREAT!
I fell off the wfpb bandwagon due to all the hype. I was doing so well. Y'all are exactly what I needed to get back on in a simpler way. Thanks so much!!!❤
Looks good, and simple, and I have some of those noodles from Costco too, so I may well try it. I make a similar peanut noodle salad meal, and I usually use buckwheat soba noodles, grilled marinated tofu, and raw vegetables including red bell pepper, red and green cabbage, and spinach, and top with green onions and cilantro and sometimes peanuts or cashews. I used to use Trader Joe's Spicy Peanut Dressing until they discontinued it, so I was forced to make my own very similar to the way you do, winging it without measurements until it tastes good and thin it out with water until it's a thinner dressing.
This looks so yummy and amazing! I’m sad I already ate my lunch today 😢😢 I think I know what we are having for dinner tho!! I just bought 2 more of those ramen packs at Costco the last time we went!! 💕❤️👍🏼 Thanks so much guys! Give the babies a hug from Miss Trina in Oregon 🌲🌲💕❤️
WOW, just wow!! This was absolutely delicious. I have had a bag of that ramen for at least a year and didn't know what to make with it. I used PB2 to keep the calories and fat lower. This will be in my rotation now for sure 🥳. Thank you!
I've had a sushi salads the last 2 lunches. I don't use raman, but rather quinoa, chickpeas, kale, red cabbage, shredded carrots, pickled ginger and pickled jalapenos. My peanut sauce is spot-on to yours but with PB2. I missed the lime juice, so next time. Thanks for this quick recipe.
@@victoriamurphy3771 it’s essentially Dillon’s recipe except I use pb2 instead of peanut butter. I think Dillon suggest 1/4 pb2 and 1/4 cup water. Mix into a paste, add all his other ingredients and viola. Much less calories!
Hi! I have a question???Is the 1/4 c of peanut butter plus 1/4 c water the pb2 alternative to regular pb in the recipe??? I’m trying for lower fat. This looks amazing and I ordered the noodles to make it.
I love this! I make it ALL the time! If you want even more veggies, throw your noodle mix on top of some bagged salad made from cabbages, kale, etc. Delish!
This looks really tasty. I plan to make it with Trader Joes squiggly noodles. I was wondering if you have "what i eat in a day" videos that break down the total carbs and protein for a day. As a Type 1 diabetic, it would be amazing to see filling meals that don't include so many noodles, rice, potatoes (even tho they taste amazing). Honestly, recipes that arent liquidy (soups/stews) would be preferred. Have you used hearts of palm pasta or hearts of palm rice to get the same full filling? Thank you for considering my questions. Much love!
I am going to go make this right now lol UPDATE: I just made this for my lunch. So good. I didn't have sriracha sauce to put on top and I didn't have rice vinegar so I used your Asian Everything sauce and the Date Powder and it worked great! Very yummy and so easy! I just used my Vitamix and my Instant Pot on sauté for the whole thing! (Going to order the new veggies and the Sriracha sauce right now.)
Recipe looks really good. I keep seeing those noodles at Costco and will buy next time. Can you PLEASE promote using fresh veggies and not so much packaged. Yeah, we are looking to make plant based cooking easier to be sustainable for all but the world has a huge problem with plastic bags. Also, we shred veggies and store them in Mason jars. Gonna buy some of your date powder.
It's 3 green veggie ramen with peanut sauce ❤ Reeves like, heck ya the whole bag of broccoli 🥦 lol 😂 me too - not vegan but your channel certainly inspires me 😁👍🙏
I love this 10 minute delicious meal idea. However sometimes I'm so hungry and I don't have food waiting I need something in 5 minutes. What would you guys do if you were super hungry and only had 5 minutes for prep?
I just called my local Costco. They told me that no Costco in the Los Angeles or Orange County area carry these noodle any longer in California. This sucks! Does anyone use another healthy noodle for this dish and had good results? TIA
I don’t get how come yall don’t cook with oil and salt but still use gluten? Gluten i feel is bad for you as well, I think more bad for you than salt since salt is essential.
We have videos about that. Gluten is only a problem if you have a sensitivity. Oil is completely different. Search our channel for more as we explain this a lot. But assuming gluten is bad for all people is just not correct. Oil is bad for pretty much all people.
@@WellYourWorld you can have a gluten sensitivity and it not be deadly but it’s still not good to have. I had to give up gluten but not because it made me sick any time I ate it, but because it was ruining my gut slowly and made it hard to absorb nutrients from other foods. So even if I ate like this and had gluten, I would feel like poo cause I can’t absorb the nutrients from the food. I am cutting out oil slowly because I lose weight so fast when I do that. But the salt I cannot cut out.

I use half Pb2 and half peanut butter. Helps cuts down on the fat but you still have the peanut butter flavor. You guys are so much fun to watch.
Awesome idea Tammy!
I made it today for lunch and used half PB2. It was delicious!
I do the same thing: half fresh PB and half Pb2; works great.
So….how much PB2?

Love your recipes being 79 years old in a cold climate I add some extra beans for protein Love from Denmark 🇩🇰

Just made this for supper. It was quick and very tasty. Loved the peanut sauce. Not too strong but a lot of flavor. Will be making again.
Love your date powder for so many dishes
I just bought these noodles at Costco, but hadn't used them yet. Thank you so much for an awesome recipe!
Thanks for sharing. I’ll be making that tomorrow for lunch.
Thank you for this recipe! I always enjoy watching your videos and love your recipes! Quick, easy and delicious! I'm off to make this now!

Seems like such an amazing recipe :D thank you so much for sharing
I like the idea of the sriracha with all of that.
Love that you use prepackaged products thank you so much for the sharing
I neeeeeed to make this!!!
I don't mind most frozen vegetables but I can't bare frozen broccoli unless it's blended down into a soup. Great simple dish again though guys ❤
I agree. Its probably the only vegetable that I can't eat from frozen.
I do something similar with the Baritone dressing from PBWW cookbook, made up thick with the PB2 powder.
Thank you. I was wanting a fast ramen bowl! This is perfect!
I’m making this tonight. I’m freestylin’ the freezer veg! Thanks, Dillon.
It was delicious and very satiating; you won’t be hungry an hour later like some noodle dishes. ☺️

Wow i never thought to add veggies to the water im boiling noodles in
Game changer!
Awesome! I'm honestly probably going to make this tonight!
This is wonderful
Could you make the sauce with chick peas?
Roasted chickpeas have a very peanutty flavor
I’m allergic to peanut butter and peanuts.. can I use almond butter instead?
My mouth is watering

This looks so good, but I cannot eat nuts of any kind, citrus.........allergic....I will try with the roasted chick peas.
You had me at peanut! LOL. Ramen didn't hurt either. I'm there. (ETA @2:54 - truer words were never spoken!)
I’ve seen some people use that and add 1 tsp-1 TBSP real pb to the PB2 to make it more realistic.
Thanks, Dillon!
