Also I want to work on my mobility, joints and core so 1 extra din ki need hai. Would appreciate your suggestions.
I've been working out for 10 months consistently, i was skinny before (52) . My wieght has increased over time (64kgs), but my physique is still not aesthetic/ muscular. I'm feeling like giving up now, please help me brother.
