How come the light around my charger port doesn’t light up on my RS?

Also do you do battery preconditioning before you go to a DC fast charging sta. Can you do a DCFC demo also please?

Yes! Again, not necessary but it does prolong the battery life.

Do the lights have to stay on to indicate your charging? I would like to shut them off while I’m charging at home.

Hi Richard I think your name is, my name is Lito, thinking of buying an EV but still not sure which one, I was watching your blog about the Blazer EV on charging the battery but doing the “preconditioning “ first. You said you wake up at 7:30 am and wanted the battery charged at 80% at the that time? I missed the process of doing that part, please explain.

It recommended to charge EV's to 80% regularly to prolong the battery health. While charging to 100% is possible, it should only be done when needed. Preconditioning also helps the battery health long term as well as getting the cabin to your desired temperature using the power from your house. Think of preconditioning as stretching for your car before it goes on a run.

Hello, do you know the wheel spec( center bore, bolt pattern etc?)
Do you know if 18" wheel will fit?
    Thanks!

I am not sure. Considering Chevy offers a 19" as the smallest rim size, I would guess that there would be problems clearing the regen and braking system.
