Sir what are the origins of the obturator internus and the gemelli?
The obturator internus muscle originates from margin of the obturator foramen and from the pelvic surface of the obturator membrane.
The superior gemellus arises from the outer (gluteal) surface of the ischial spine.
The inferior gemellus arises from the upper part of the ischial tuberosity.

Sir I'm very confused about later /medial rotation of hip joint and knee joint,I tried to Google it but the reference pictures made me confused even more ,sir please clear this confusion of mine 😢
In very simple words:
@ Rotation of the hip joint is rotation of the femur.
@ Rotation of the knee joint is rotation of the tibia

Medial rotation of the leg (knee joint) is performed mainly by the muscles on the medial side of the knee:
Semitendinosus, semimembranosus, sartorial and gracilis.
Lateral rotation of the leg (knee) is performed by only one muscle (biceps femoris).

The video is correct. It is almost the same.
Lateral rotation = external rotation.
Medial rotation = internal rotation.
I couldn't understand the waddling gait, tilting and how the abduction of gluteus medius and minnimus stabilizes the hip.
The pelvis is stabilized by the action of the gluteus medius and minimums of the 2 sides. If you raise your right leg, the pelvis will be tilted to the right. The left gluteus mediums and minimums will contract to pull the pelvis back to the left side and prevent its tilting.
