I do not add flour to my banana porridge and it's still thick. Made a pot this morning. If too much liquid is added, porridge thins out. I use coconut milk. Love plantain p also.

One correction to make here Is that plantains are gluten-free and a good option for people that are gluten-intolerance or have Coeliac disease.

OOO this looks so nice! i never had it with plantain! this looks so much easier than banana porrige. but what you mean is that the plantain has alot more starch in it than bananas. Gluten is a protein only found in cereal
who told you that about gluten

I’m so sad I’m lactose intolerant but you know what I will try it with coconut milk and lactose free milk. So simple to make. I will do me😆
