    Tried and tested.. and it turned out beautifully. Its a cost efficient recipe, made with ingredients easily available at home and Indian market. The cheesecake bakes to perfection, without any cracks and tastes divine. I've tried this recipe with strawberries and blueberries and everyone loved it!

    Hi! I made this cheesecake today and it turned out so well, it had great texture and authentic flavour! I'd halved all ingredients used in the filling. I didn't have corn starch so I replaced it with 1.5 tbsp custard powder, and made the slurry with 2 tbsp lemon juice. The custard powder gave the cake a lovely yellowish colour, which made it all the more appealing to the eye! I used a mix of Good day and Marie biscuits for the crust. Thanks for this easy recipe, it's surely going to be on the menu the next time we have guests! I'm glad I discovered your channel!

    Thank you so much for this delicious recipe. You know i have been looking for cheesecake recipe since a year which explains so easily and with all the ingredients which is easily available for me. I made this and it turned really really delicious. Except for the one thing my hung curd turned sour, but nevertheless i added sugar and that covered that part. Overall my family loved this one.     I made this for christmas eve's dinner and followed the receipe to T.
    I was not sure how it will turn out so i made this as second desert but omg it came out so well.
    No body believed that it was made of yougurt and not cheese! Awesome recipe!
    I made the cheesecake first time in life and such recipes for sure gives me confidence to start doing more baking! Loved loved this one.

    I tried this, but felt like it was too much cheesecake to crust ratio. So i used just 80% of the ingredients.
    -Also, after it was baked, for me, the cheesecake could use a little more lemon juice (maybe if the hung curd is sour enough, then more lemon isn’t needed)
    -24 hrs in the refrigerator is A MUST! I tasted a little after just 5 hrs and it tasted like sweetened curd. It tastes just like cheesecake after around 18 hours!
    But it was A GREAT SUCCESS FOR ME!

    I love your eggless recipes!💚 I too bake my cheesecake without eggs and fully plantbased. Here's my recipe for a basic cheesecake batter (variations are possible): soy yoghurt 700g (not hung), 35g cornstarch, sugar, pinch of turmeric (for the color), canned full fat coconut milk 200ml. 175°C for 45min 😊

    omg i tried this recipe it was my first time and i was super nervous and i made half of the half and i'm sure i must have done some proportion errors but it was literally so good i topped it with hazelnut spread and it was actually THE BEST !!!!! but one thing is that it gave a slight curdy taste and it was obvious idk how to change that maybe it was coz I messed up proportions🙍🏽‍♀️

    Hello!
    I just tried this cake today by halving all ingredients.
    The texture of the cake itself mimics the real thing SO SO well.
    However, i could still tell that it had yoghurt base- the flavor was so profound, which i'll admit i wasnt a fan.
    I used the fresh yoghurt we get from traditional Milk shop (not packaged).
    Can you point out where i could've went wrong?

      You can replace the butter with applesauce if you are trying to make the crust for the cheesecake

    Just had a question,I dont have the cake mould you used,I only have the cake tin from which the cake comes out upside down,so how should I demould the cheescake?
    Please answer

      Either buy a mould or make it in a dish which goes straight to the table. Don’t remould it at all.

    Hello chef, I bake cakes on stove top inside a pressure cooker pot. My question is- is 180℃ medium heat and 120℃ low heat ?

      Hi Payal! Unfortunately I have no idea about the temperature on stove-top. But what you can do is, keep an oven thermometer inside to gauge when pre-heating your pressure cooker pot before placing the cheesecake in? It will give you a very accurate temperature reading! I really hope this helps! x

I've subscribed to your channel even though I haven't tried out your recipes yet just because of all the hate.. honestly are only Shivesh's viewers here? I mean why only compared with his? ( As I said I came to know of him through the comments) don't have to respond to trolls..only to genuine critics and stuff.. don't give them any power at all.       If I were you, I would put the cheesecake to cook at 180 °C for an amount of time ( example 15 min) then turn off the oven for 5-10 mins, then turn on the oven and continue like this until I reached 1 hour of cooking.
