Thanks for your comment. Everyone has their favourite way to assemble frames - and this is how we do it. Dave Cushman's page in a wealth of knowledge of course as you know.

I'm with Diane - 4 nails are better than two - 5lbs of honey or a proplised-in frame is a lot of pressure on just two nails. Nailing the wedge at an angle makes little sense - miss the nail and you go through the wax with the hammer and there's a good chance the nail will pop out through the top bar. BBKA Basic also recommends 11 nails...

Would an electric stapler work in this instance? I’d be using brads rather than staples.

Yes, many beekeepers do staple their frames but we don't think they are quite as strong as the nails. Quicker of course!!

    My question is:-
Is it necessary to have bee wax in every frame, I have no these yellow papers, is there any alternative, can I put simple frames without these yellow sheets

YEs you can. The sheet of foundation just gives the bees and the beekeeper a head start

So why no nails through the angled bits of the side bars?
You've used 9 nails rather than the 11 on Dave Cushman's page

I find that if you only put one bottom bar in first it's easier to put the wax in. And if you bend over the little tiny bits of metal on the other side it removes temptation for the bees to make bits of wax on that.
