Make sure the box is square BEFORE banging too many nails in. Recheck periodically.
Would be useful to know how proud the runner needs to be above the sidewall.

what do you do when both the side walls are bent? mine are a good 3mm out at each end with the middle in place

Turn them over so the outside edges are touching the surface. Put a light weight on them if you wish and leave overnight. They should straighten out.

I’ve assembled the brood box and when I place the frames in they aren’t perfectly flush with the top of the box, is this an issue?

Hi Joe - I think I have sent you an email aswell. The frames should be flush. Can you check the locking bar has been put on thje correct way up??
