in response to 3:56 hi! one of the co-creators of Kiln and Conquer here to answer your burning question about the strange eye placement for the fish! warpaints are, fun fact, created by modifying other preexisting warpaints. they cannot have custom sticker placements unless Valve feels like adding in the code for that one sticker placement (which they usually don't do, even if you ask them to. lol). meaning that you have three options when making a warpaint: 1. ignore the fish and choose a good base warpaint that looks good on a majority of weapons 2. request a custom sticker placement (which Valve usually don't do since it means they have to add code and essentially create a new basic warpaint mapping) 3. pick an entirely different texture-pattern set base warpaint that allows for the eye to be placed on the fish eye (this usually fucks with the intended texture orientations, texture layout mappings, albedo tint, reflective-ness, texture orientation lock, etc.) tldr; this is the most Valve thing that happens on a consistent basis without fail
