Amazing place and amazing work being done by all the volunteers. Thanks Sudhanshu for having me there and of course the tea from your kitchen. Loved the place.
Hey Vinita ! Yes, winters indeed are scary but also the best time to work as kids have vacations and have more time in hand. We will soon be doing a vlog on places to see in Turtuk. For the time being - Farol side of village : Monastery, Balti Museum and cold storage. Youl side : Palace, old mosque.
Beautiful video.. I am a music teacher.. can u please guide about how to contact to volunteer at different places?? Last time when I was in Kalpa, i went to the local school n took a class right after visiting and taking permission from the school. Also tried at Dhankar but the school was closed. So.. can u tell how can I contact beforehand for music classes when I plan my trips??
Hey Guys, Finally completed watching all your videos. They are so lovely. I will be in Turtuk on Oct 6th, coming all the way from Andhra Pradesh. Will be glad to meet you. How can I meet you guys?
Hello... how simple and content life you guys live. How to go apply and join this volunteering work...not only in teaching...but am sure there must be a need in other fields as well...
What is the cost of living here (including the rent of this place and other expenses like groceries etc)?? How much a person should plan to have for a month if he/she thinks of volunteering??
Wow, what a beautiful place! And hats off to your endeavor to live close to nature... However, could not under stand what the lady Farida meant, when she said she was having ' a hell of a time ' , and in the same breath, that it was lovely.... 😆🤔 ? Hope she is not teaching all kinds of wrong language, to the kids.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 And, you seem really excited, that your windows open on to Pakistan.. 🤪 .... I mean come on... hardly some thing to get excited about.. The mountains, yes, those are exciting... Who wants to gloat over, what was once ours, and taken away... and transformed into a failed state...
Brother you translated the Kalimah somewhat incorrectly :) It says: "La ilaha il allah Muhammad ur rasool ullah" "There is no God but Allah(The one true God) and Muhammad peace be upon his is his messenger"

Hi ! You can explore and discover volunteering opportunities through internet research, or by talking to the locals and administration.
@@TheSeekingSoul sure.. thanks !
How much savings one should have to live a life like u guys r lvg 😍😍
It’s difficult to give an absolute reply but the overall cost of living in mountains is drastically less compared to that in metro cities 😃
Sir! Can I stay here for one day in my next upcoming ladakh trip in July?
Hey ! There are a bunch of homestays in Turtuk. You can DM us and we can connect you to them basis your preference.
