Nintendo Gets Caught! GTA V May Save Palworld...Weird But True

Nintendo vs emulation time! Nintendo lawsuit updates as they claim emulation is illegal...even linking to it! And now has ANOTHER court case against Nintendo Switch emulation with BIG ramifications...and now we have more details about the Archbox lawsuit! Nintendo vs emulation incoming!
But the Nintendo Palworld lawsuit is heating up with one of the patents now basically being unenforceable...due to prior art...in Grand Theft Auto V! Wait what? No seriously...Nintendo hates emulation...and probably hates GTA now too!
Nintendo is back at it with their Nintendo shenanigans because as of two hours ago the final Nintendo Switch emulator Ryujinx was taken offline! Some back room deal occurred between one of the Ryujinx developers and Nintendo and all active development has ceased at the Ryujinx GitHub repo has been deleted! and this is after the Nintendo Palworld lawsuit...Nintendo is REALLY on a roll here. Emulation lawsuits are a danger to everyone...but this is different! and now Nintendo has sued a streamer...which makes sense...but is also stating emulation is illegal as is the mere act of linking to the programs!

Nintendo has sued every Switch emulation maker they can get their hands on (Yuzu emulator is gone, Suyu emulator is dead, Sudachi DMCA is a mess) and DMCA's Vimm's Lair and a ton of other sites...but what is their end goal? It all leads to Switch 2 and the Switch 2 hardware and Switch 2 rumors...I think?

Because it turns out it WAS Nintendo and their partners that send the metric ton of takedowns to Vimm's Lair and Nintendo's emulation fight continues on...most likely due to iPhone emulation and retro game emulators on iPhone now being a thing! Plus Nintendo sent MORE DMCA takedowns to the Super Smash Bros modding community...and now the ESA and Sega are joining in too? WOW (or the Sega thing is trolling?)
