Goldendoodle Puppy Surprise!!

Ava (14) and Peyton (6) are completely surprised by their first puppy, a 3 month old Golden doodle named Baker!!
Check out the breeder Sheena on Instagram she has the cutest puppies and is incredible to work with. I adopted Baker's younger brother Theo from her and am so happy with him - / sweetpeapups

You are right that is an unfortunate truth about shelter dogs, and he did come from a reputable breeder. That doesn't mean this puppy has less of a right to a loving home either.

People act like adoption can only ever be noble and buying can only ever be bad, which is so painfully simple (I'd love to live in Lego Land too, but... well, I don't, so...) I don't even know where to start. What's important is to make a sound choice, to find the pup that's right for you and yours, where the connection is both ways.

Good responsible breeders are important too. We need help dogs with healthy disease free bloodlines reproduce.

That is true, but a lot of them, you dont know their history so it would be cruel to take it then have to return it if it showed it had problems from being mistreated etc. It is very sad for these dogs. But because of allergies these days, possibly caused by vaccines, people are wanting dogs that dont shed.
