About the polarity problem, if you already have a mmcx cable, go get a adapter for 0.78 2 pins, you can turn the polarity easily without sacrifice the ear hooks.
Did you connect the stock cable with the colours matching? Blue shell with blue cable, red on red. I had to do that with my arete and fixed what that was doing
How do you define "technical performance"? Is it inconsistency in frequency response between different ears or insertion depths or smooth upper treble?
They are absolutely not boring. Unless you mean you can feel the powerful bass boring a hole into your brain!! The Doscincos are an amazing basshead set with smooth yet engaging treble. 99% of reviews are crazy about them. The Estrellas are more lush and colored. If you don’t like bright stay away. I love both.
When the poles are inverted. A positive signal results in a negative movement. When the driver is supposed to push it pulls. This results in low volume in speakers, for IEMs it messes with the centre imaging. Some manufacturers do it cause it tricks your brain into thinking wider soundstage.

Regarding polarity (in case the IEM doesn't have a problem with this) you can connect the pin cable with both earhooks facing backwards, both earhooks facing forwards or one earhook facing backwards and one facing forwards I understand that this last option is the easiest to detect because there is usually channel imbalance or a "hollow" sound, but that the other two are still correct (although THE correct one is with the earhooks facing backwards). In this case THE correct one is with the earhook facing forward because the pin conectors in the IEM are flipled right? But using it with the earhook facing backwards would be still correct 🤔

@@cryteslx8554NO. It's garbage as an IEM. It's the worst IEM in my collection. I have the T3+, Quartet, Soundmagic E11C, QKZ HBB, and EM6L. The EM6L's nozzle falls off both earpieces, as if losing the eartips isn’t bad enough of a problem. The sound is better compared to the QKZ HBB, sure, but compared to the T3+, it's almost the same. I would even go so far as to say I prefer the T3+ despite it being cheaper because the T3+ has better-looking shells, fits my ears better, and has better bass quality. I’ve preordered the Estrella and the Deuce. When I receive both, I will smash the EM6L with a hammer. No more trash Simgot for me, not even the HBB Ew300.

Wrong. Correct polarity means the drivers move forward (push) with a positive impulse. To do this, make the blue dot face backwards with estrella.
