In this video I will show you an active training session for legs! 🔥 Burn fat without a lot of jumping and build muscles, without making your legs bulky! This workout will tighten your thighs and strengthen your hips! The video is based on model workouts!
Jump, jump, squat - 20 times
360° Lunges (R) - 15 times
360° Lunges (L) - 15 times
Plies for Inner Thigh - 20 times
Squat + Kick - 10 times each side
Squat + Up - 15 times
Side Lunges - 10 times each side
Side Leg Raise (L) - 20 times
Side Leg Raise (R) - 20 times
Inner Thigh Leg Lift (R) - 20 times
Inner Thigh Leg Lift (L) - 20 times
Stretching!
Each exercise works on a different muscle in the same muscle group. Doing this leg workout regularly will definitely shape your legs effectively and make them slim, lean and long! 💙
It is really important that you stretch out your legs after the workout, this will make them long, not bulky and prevent injuries and muscle pain! Combining workouts with stretching afterwards is the only way to be in a beautiful shape!
Please, make sure that you practice on a mat and are really well warmed up!
