What's the minimum time frame that you want your recruit to fill a spot? Because I am a recruit, but I want the option of not lingering in a job where i don't like the work culture or the job. And i like being a temp because it gives me an opportunity to sample alot of employers. Please give me your honest opinion and advice. Thanks!
Point #1 is👌. A good recruiter indeed should do what their paying client requires but not at the expense of the candidate. They should have both interests at heart.
Pretty good video! Not all recruiters are paid off of sales it all depends on the company. Therefore, with some companies the recruiter is a salaried employee meaning they get paid like most employees and they don’t benefit off of a new candidate they only meet their metrics within the recruiting team.
jobhunting is the pits to be honest...theres too much involved and the people part just makes it worse....
Timely content.
