I understand “work hard, enjoy life with family later” but not all family will be here when you finally hit your goals. Success has no ceiling so you’ll always be chasing it. Don’t miss important moments with family because you’re working hard. This morning I wanted to do my daily reading but my family was making breakfast together. I had to prioritize family in that moment, although it was hard lol, but I still finished my reading later. Rich people tell you not to prioritize family but wealthy & wise people will tell you family and those small “life” moments matter most.
I agree with you. I think I was referring to extended or “loose” connections. The only people I make time for no matter what are my immediate family. After losing my father at age 5, when he was 36 years old, I know that no one is guaranteed a long life on this earth so I always make time for my closest family and friends ❤️ there’s no point to all this success if you’ll have no one to share it with
@@KayRadebe exactly! So glad you cleared that up. Many rich people are rich and very lonely. They have everything and nothing at all. No one by their bedside when they’re leaving this earth. Cheers to cherishing family while they’re here. 🙏🏾🌸 May GOD† bless you
Finally... An African UA-camr that is more about giving value as opposed to "subscribe, like, subscribe, like, subscribe..." I got a lot value from these 22 minutes, you earned yourself a new sub. I love Alex & now I guess you too. Let's make that MILLION $👋👋👋
I think in a nutshell it is probably called coming to a mindset of loving to serve..hours, days of working won't matter because you enjoy serving others..money and prosperity follows you than because your character is aligned with purpose.
I think this is exactly it! This is why I enjoy teaching more than anything in this world because there’s a deeper purpose there so time can just disappear
After watching your Video, I went straight to Alex Hormozi's page and watched " I'm Broke, what Business do I start? " and I just love his Communication ... ya'll both blowing my mind right now 👌👌
I just clicked on this cause I love Alex and Leila's videos and I agree with point 2, work-life balance is overrated and I am also obsessed with my work, it's all about seasons and work can definitely be fun. Love this Kay! I am a new subscriber and can't wait to watch more.

I used to work 7 days a week, but then my family members, broke ass lazy family members, would tell me that I’m crazy. Yeah, after a couple of years of weekly “work life balance” I was able to find another job and now I am practically doubling my salary. One day there will be a time for me where I can travel or have more downtime, but I’m not interested in chilling all day on weekends for now. I’m working 7 days a week and getting off before 8pm on weekends so I can splurge on a pint of beer and a cigarette with whichever friend is willing to come meet me for 1.5hrs max is more than enough for me.
Hi Kay, you could have not said it any better. I wish every content creator would be as honest as you are, I think the depression rate would go down. A lot of people on these platforms make it as if the "Work Remotely" world is just as easy as making a cup of coffee, but its not. Before I came across your channel, I had watched countless videos and with every video I felt more hopeless because the made it sound that it's very easy to make a business work online or to get remote jobs. At the end of the day, you feel more depressed because you feel as if there is nothing that I am good at, if I cannot make little money or get a simple job by following the "Simple Steps" they would give you. However, with you, you made me realize "IT IS OKAY TO TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO SEE RESULTS. IT'S OKAY TO FAIL AND FAIL BEFORE I CAN MAKE IT. IT'S OKAY TO BE LEFT BEHIND BY MY PEERS AND WATCH THEM SUCCEED AT THAT POINT. IT'S OKAY TO ISOLATE MYSELF WHILE TRYING BUILD MY ONLINE CAREER AND /OR BUSINESS. AND IT'S NEVER TOO LATER TO START SOMETHING NEW. I can write pages and pages of a comment. Thank for the great work you are doing.
Super happy I found your video and thank you for distilling these lessons for us! Can I ask, what did you use to show your written notes like that on the screen?

I call this "currency arbitrage" - leveraging the power of currency differences to get to that mill. Also, to the subject of this video I strongly agree that as business owners we have to come from a place of "impact" vs "revenue" focus. Impact means that you are driven by a mission i.e. customer centricity! because when you truly deliver value the market place rewards you handsomely. I am joining the currency arbitrage millionaire club soon. To that last point on syndrome it should be aptly be called "out-of-sync-syndrome. I love the video. See you at the top Kay!!

i think how you address imposter syndrome may not be the most optimal. i have learned that what causes it, is a person seeing how people are better than them in 1 thing, but not see where you are better. so the other person is an amalgamation of all the things many people are better than you at and therefor you feel you are not good enough. so interviewing once or twice a year, even if you dont intend to leave, taking other peoples courses, using the services of your competitors. this helps you realise that they maybe better at one thing but not at others and gives you a balanced view of them and yourself. that way, you are not over working yourself but charging less because of the syndrome, but rather you do it as a strategy to be ahead of everyone

Hey Kay😊I'm a multi passionate creator/artist and I'm considering taking your course but wanted to find out if the course will be applicable in my career. A lot of what I do and I'm looking to do entails adding value regarding mental wellness while also sharing my various artistic works with social media being a primary way I do that. I've recently also become a music producer and I'm looking to also help some of the artists I work with when it comes to their brands when working together. Am I right to assume your course can help me better manage my brand and essentially be my own manager along with the musicians I'll be working with? A big focus is around landing international clients hence I want to clarify if I'm right to assume that the course content will still be valuable in my case.
