Was the harness plug and play?

Do you know if i buy a "roller" Z28 or SS; is it as simple as getting a motor, trans, and tune? Or is there other things to consider?

Depends on what year your roller is and what it comes with, as well as what year your engine came from. The 1998 engine harness and PCM has different connectors and pin locations than the 1999-2002 years, so a 1998 LS1 will only go in a 1998 Z28 (with no modifications, you can modify to make it work otherwise). Likewise, a 99-02 LS1 and engine harness will go into a 99-02 Z28 with no modification.
1993-1997 T56's are different than the 1998-2002 T56's (bellhousing, input shaft, slave cylinder vs shift fork). There are conversion kits.
Rear ends are interchangeable but may have different gear ratios that you will need to tune for.
      Any other questions just ask!
