I tried this and it worked really great for me. I used boneless chicken so it cooked faster than in your video. Thanks for all your videos, will try more of them. Once thing i really appreciate is that you share exactly how much of the spices you are putting which really helps for those new to cooking. But, usually you don't do that for salt. It would be great if you could specify how much salt you are putting so the viewer has an idea, and they can adjust for their own dish based on that accordingly. I had put too much salt in mine but now I know next time.
One more question - i modified this a bit for myself, I put half the ginger garlic whole like you said, but half of them I made ginger garlic paste. I just followed my instinct and it turned out pretty well, but if you could please explain - what difference does it make in cooking when you do ginger garlic paste vs. when you add chopped ginger and garlic?
