You guys must truly be best friends to spend a year and a half in a tent building a boat, and a huge boat to boot, you have my admiration and respect, freaken amazing...
I have binge watched everyone of your videos (once I found them) to get caught up, I have loved every video and was happy to see a 'Over All' so far video. I had forgotten some of your trials, tribulations and awesome successes so far! It is amazing how far you have come and done. Be proud both of you.
Wow you both are amazing!!! I just am starting my boat building journey ( still in the planning stages hopefully get my foam next week) you guys are SUPPER INSPERAITIONAL!!!! Also helped awncer questions I had. Thank you both so much!!!
We sourced most of our materials including rolls of glass from Jamestown distributers. They may not show everything on the website but if you call I’m sure they can point you in the right direction.
Huh, so it's like a stitch-and-glue building method without the stitching. Must've been tricky manhandling those long pieces, oh my... In any case it is cool to see that foam core layup of something that ends up having compound curves can be done without a mold or vacuum bagging!
Hi interesting project guys, big challenge but your nailing it. The foam core is a surprise to me, what is the fibreglass schedule, ie what are they suggesting in layers and weight to strengthen up the foam.
The basic panels are glassed with 1000gm of glass on each side (duflex panels are sold with the kit). After assembling, the hulls are reinforced with more layers. Unfortunately I can’t go into the details much more as it is proprietary information.

Catamarans...that moment you realize almost every part needs to be made twice.
And you can sail in skinny water and beach it whenever you like
