I supported him leaving and supported him coming back to Korn. I truly believe you can play metal and be a Christian. Jesus didn't spread flowery messages to people. He spoke of truth and the grittiness of life and the human spirit yet he uplifted people. I think guys like Brian, Alice Cooper and Dave Mustaine are so important to have the platform that they do. I'm thankful for their music, too.
Props to Head for rejoining. As a Christian I believe that's where he needs to be. He's extremely close to all those guys. They're his brothers. Why wouldn't he want to do what he loves with his brothers as well as be around them to show them what REAL Christianity looks like: I.E. someone who isn't afraid of non-believers but rather someone who befriends them and loves them.
And it's not like the music Korn's made since Head rejoined is like "devil worshiping" or anything, it's about life in general. Sure, there are some curse words here and there, but it's not like we all, even church-going Christians, don't find ourselves saying curse words in moments of anger and stuff like that. None of us are perfect, and Head and Korn's music embodies that without saying "If you listen to our music, you're automatically going to hell".

It's a chance to do what he loves with his brothers, and now he is experienced enough, mature enough and confident enough to hold up a big middle finger to all the temptations that line of work can bring. I am stoked for him.
I truly understand why Brian did what he had to do and why he came back to Korn. Korn is an influential band. I love Korn. I'm not 15 anymore but I fucking love Korn, and I honestly believe Korn can deliver a msg of hope all the way from darkness and pain and sin to be listened by the many and being true to the nature of Korn since the band still makes music. Through music he can tell about his experience which is still significant. We are not here for Brian. It's not Brian you have to follow. You are alone, the world is shit and the only one who can save you is God Himself. He is.

I ve been saved since i was a kid, and started listening to Korn when i was 14 in '96, I ve seen you guys 5 times and thats quite a feat in Arkansas. We cannot judge him but the Bible says if he is indeed born of God, then he will persevere 'til the end. The end has not yet come so again, we cannot judge. But we can pray that God will work in his life and that he will be a channel of grace.

Brian is in a battle between the two natures of which we all have to fight. Man's will or God's will. Keep praying for Brian. God keeps calling him back. So does the nature of man. We would hope that Brian will find the strength in Christ Jesus to bring him to God's will. God isn't done with Brian, yet.

That is true. But Jesus yet died for those who have succumbed to the temporary pleasures of sin. We have all succumbed to these pleasures. We are gross sinners. Sin is an ugly thing. You and I both are terrible sinners. Jesus died so that you, myself, and Brian can know true fulfillment of our purpose in God. Who knows the mind of God but the spirit (1 Corinthians 2:11) We cannot say we know what God has planned for Korn. You may doubt Brian's faith, but that won't stop God from working in him. God is sovereign over all creation no matter how corrupt it has become. Even the devil and the demons were created by God. And so, even they answer to him first.
+Evan Brandt Yeah pretty much everything you said I agree with. I believe Bryan has faith in God and has been born again. God's plan for KORN is to save every one of them, that's what he wants. The LORD wants everyone in the world to repent and become born again reconciled to himself. Every person is a piece of God that he lost through sin, and he is trying to gather his family back together. Not everyone is going to come back to him though. I followed Bryan's life for a while and saw the fruit of God working in him and still is but he has backed down from God's way. He went back to his name in lights using that as a platform to spread the gospel. It's called compromise and most of the American Christians are ok with that but Jesus is not. I know it well because I've done it, recognized what was going on repented , and fell back again. This kind of sin is harder to get out of than say sexual or an addiction etc. because now Brian's livelihood, his ministry, his identity etc. is intertwined with KORN.You can go on for the rest of your life making a good living, being popular, even being used by God, but slowly dying inside and slowly day by day year by year getting farther and farther from God personally. It has happened over and over, Bob Dylan served God for a while ,AA Allen was a faith healer in the 50's that died of alcoholism but God used him even when he was staggering drunk. I believe that Brian is saved. However, I believe that unfortunately he got with a bad group of fakers and that's so sad. I do pray that the Holy Spirit helps him to see the truth because he has been called and he has the Gospel in his mouth but it has been distorted by the people that he has surrounded himself with. +robin cosby He is doing fantastic. Spent time with him last December (2016) No drugs, no alcohol and anxious to share Christ with anyone who will listen. He is also loves to fellowship with fellow believers and pray with them as well. He is the real deal. BTW: The other members of Korn are also drug free. That is one of the reasons he felt the green light. I spent four hours backstage before the concert and didn't even smell alcohol on any of the band or crew back there. They were all very kind as well. As you may know, Fieldy is also a believer.
How in that industry can you pull that off? Well, I guess if you're the top of the heap, you decide what people you want around you. That is outstanding!

I've been a KoRn fan all my life, and when Head became a christian, his testimonies and lyrics got me closer to Jesus. if it wasn't for him, i'm not sure if i would know jesus as well as i do now. instead of only focusing on the negative, be supportive of Head and pray for him and wish him good luck. As someone who has Depression, anger issues etc. I believe the band Korn would drive me further into depression and anger and feed it because being around that makes my symptoms worse I don't need to be around raging voices or music I know my issues and want to overcome evil with good so I surround myself those types of sounds and voices that are uplifting and positive, which is why I no longer listen to talk radio, are around negative people etc. When I'm struggling

Allow me to enlighten those who may be mislead by his testimony of why he's returning to Korn.. The reality of the matter is this.. He realised years later that the career path he took after he left the band was a dead end, meaning he couldn't make a good living doing his music on his own.. If he's returned to the band, then that means he's under contract, and that means do what the slimy, greedy record label executives tell you to do, because anyone and everyone who's at the level that Korn is at within the industry, is a puppet.. They have no say in any of the busy end of things, unless it benefits the label or themselves directly.. The band's fans probably made some noise hinting that they should get him back in the band, and so the band's management soon realised he'd be their ticket to the golden cash cow.. Dollar signs are the only thing that interests record label execs, not the actual artists best interest or well being.. As a musician myself for the past 28 years, being born again 8 years ago, knowing how the industry functions, and having researched its history and origins in the occult, i can tell you that he's unknowingly being deceived in ways that he couldn't possibly fathom.. Korn would never be at the level they're at if they hadn't literally signed a deal with the devil.. NOBODY is !! This is the reality.. "Now of course i'm speaking metaphorically, but you can bet your ignorant asses that the people that band works for, i.e. their record label, are satan's cabana boys.. I supported him leaving and supported him coming back to Korn. I truly believe you can play metal and be a Christian. Jesus didn't spread flowery messages to people. He spoke of truth and the grittiness of life and the human spirit yet he uplifted people. I think guys like Brian, Alice Cooper and Dave Mustaine are so important to have the platform that they do. I'm thankful for their music, too.

Props to Head for rejoining. As a Christian I believe that's where he needs to be. He's extremely close to all those guys. They're his brothers. Why wouldn't he want to do what he loves with his brothers as well as be around them to show them what REAL Christianity looks like: I.E. someone who isn't afraid of non-believers but rather someone who befriends them and loves them.
And it's not like the music Korn's made since Head rejoined is like "devil worshiping" or anything, it's about life in general. Sure, there are some curse words here and there, but it's not like we all, even church-going Christians, don't find ourselves saying curse words in moments of anger and stuff like that. That is true. But Jesus yet died for those who have succumbed to the temporary pleasures of sin. We have all succumbed to these pleasures. We are gross sinners. Sin is an ugly thing. You and I both are terrible sinners. Jesus died so that you, myself, and Brian can know true fulfillment of our purpose in God. Who knows the mind of God but the spirit (1 Corinthians 2:11) We cannot say we know what God has planned for Korn. You may doubt Brian's faith, but that won't stop God from working in him. God is sovereign over all creation no matter how corrupt it has become. Even the devil and the demons were created by God. And so, even they answer to him first.
+Evan Brandt Yeah pretty much everything you said I agree with. I believe Bryan has faith in God and has been born again. God's plan for KORN is to save every one of them, that's what he wants. The LORD wants everyone in the world to repent and become born again reconciled to himself. Every person is a piece of God that he lost through sin, and he is trying to gather his family back together. Not everyone is going to come back to him though. I followed Bryan's life for a while and saw the fruit of God working in him and still is but he has backed down from God's way. He went back to his name in lights using that as a platform to spread the gospel. It's called compromise and most of the American Christians are ok with that but Jesus is not. I know it well because I've done it, recognized what was going on repented , and fell back again. This kind of sin is harder to get out of than say sexual or an addiction etc. because now Brian's livelihood, his ministry, his identity etc. is intertwined with KORN.You can go on for the rest of your life making a good living, being popular, even being used by God, but slowly dying inside and slowly day by day year by year getting farther and farther from God personally. It has happened over and over, Bob Dylan served God for a while ,AA Allen was a faith healer in the 50's that died of alcoholism but God used him even when he was staggering drunk. This road ends I'm afraid where Jesus says "you did all these things in my name but I didn't know you "

I believe that Brian is saved. However, I believe that unfortunately he got with a bad group of fakers and that's so sad. I do pray that the Holy Spirit helps him to see the truth because he has been called and he has the Gospel in his mouth but it has been distorted by the people that he has surrounded himself with. Brenden what ever his name is and John Crowder... these men are NOT Christians and they are blasphemers. I really hope he sees the truth and separates himself from them. +robin cosby He is doing fantastic. Spent time with him last December (2016) No drugs, no alcohol and anxious to share Christ with anyone who will listen. He is also loves to fellowship with fellow believers and pray with them as well. He is the real deal. BTW: The other members of Korn are also drug free. That is one of the reasons he felt the green light. I spent four hours backstage before the concert and didn't even smell alcohol on any of the band or crew back there. They were all very kind as well. As you may know, Fieldy is also a believer.

I DO understand that some christians don't approve of Head joining KoRn again. playing KoRn's music might not be exactly be what God wants. I fail to believe that none of you lie, lust, envy etc at some point in your life.
what will you do? fortunately, God is VERY forgiving and caring. That's why you come to him and ask for forgiveness. I've seen a LOT of speeches/testimony/lyrics from Head, and i have absolutely no doubt that he's asking for forgiveness for every sin he's committed.
I've been a KoRn fan all my life, and when Head became a christian, his testimonies and lyrics got me closer to Jesus. if it wasn't for him, i'm not sure if i would know jesus as well as i do now.
instead of only focusing on the negative, be supportive of Head and pray for him and wish him good luck. If he saw what many of you are writing, he could lose faith. alot of people would. Do you think that is something that Jesus would want? Head wants nothing but love, and you're just discriminating him.

As someone who has Depression, anger issues etc. I believe the band Korn would drive me further into depression and anger and feed it because being around that makes my symptoms worse I don't need to be around raging voices or music I know my issues and want to overcome evil with good so I surround myself those types of sounds and voices that are uplifting and positive, which is why I no longer listen to talk radio, are around negative people etc. When I'm struggling

Allow me to enlighten those who may be mislead by his testimony of why he's returning to Korn.. The reality of the matter is this.. He realised years later that the career path he took after he left the band was a dead end, meaning he couldn't make a good living doing his music on his own.. If he's returned to the band, then that means he's under contract, and that means do what the slimy, greedy record label executives tell you to do, because anyone and everyone who's at the level that Korn is at within the industry, is a puppet.. They have no say in any of the busy end of things, unless it benefits the label or themselves directly..
The band's fans probably made some noise hinting that they should get him back in the band, and so the band's management soon realised he'd be their ticket to the golden cash cow.. Dollar signs are the only thing that interests record label execs, not the actual artists best interest or well being.. As a musician myself for the past 28 years, being born again 8 years ago, knowing how the industry functions, and having researched its history and origins in the occult, i can tell you that he's unknowingly being deceived in ways that he couldn't possibly fathom..
