Years ago, probably 12 or 13, I was a chauffeur and remember picking Cactus up in a stretch Hummer at his house in Franklin, TN. We went to pick up Wynonna in Leiper's Ford and took her to a Christmas party in Nashville I still remember to this day, I hadn't driven her in a year, and she recognized me and hugged me. Cactus was such a gentleman. These people are the real deal. I'm just now seeing this, and it's bringing back so many memories.
What a beautiful, uplifting and amazing story. I have always loved Wynona for the music she and her Mom gave us. But seeing her love for this man and her willingness to be there for him through all of the trauma made me see her in a different way. She is beautiful inside and out.
I absolutely ADORE this talented, strong couple. So humble, giving God the Glory. There is nothing they can't do together"! We love you Cactus and Wy!!
I just ran across this video. What an incredible story of sheer determination on Cactus’s part, an inspirational love story, and a story of faith. God bless!
Such strength and perseverance in faith and love. You both are so inspiring. Hold on to Cactus in this time of pain and loss and know so many are praying for you in this tragic difficult time. Rest in love Naomi!! 🙏💔💐💕
This story is so powerful and God praising. I always loved Wy, but Catus and his accident has glorified God. Thank you for sharing your personal pain with all of us. I love you both.
Wynonna was the last concert i saw with my late dad in toppenish washington and it will forever be a great memory for me god bless you cactus and sean and everyone else who saved her and her hubby.
What an inspirational story of love. As bad as the injuries were, I find your commitment to Cactus just as big of a story here. God bless you Wynonna and Cactus.
We just saw Wynonna and Cactus in concert last night, and all I can say is WOW!! To overcome an injury like that, and play like he did, it's a miracle!! Amazing story!
Wynonna Judd and the Big Noise played a show this week, here in Carmel, CA. I was an old Judds fan and loved Wy's first solo album, but had gone in a different direction and not kept myself current with her. I just happened on the concert because I am an Uber driver and I picked up a passenger who was going home early from the show and she gave me her ticket and I shot back and saw the last half hour of the show. Sat in row 6 center. I knew nothing about her relationship with Cactus and wasn't quite sure when she introduced him if I was hearing right when she called him "Cactus"..... anyway, she also told the whole story of the crash and his road to recovery. I was amazed at what an energetic and talented drummer he was. He is no longer using a walker. You would never know he had any sort of limitations at all..... Now I am scouring UA-cam and catching up with what has happened with Wynonna the past 10-15 years...... Pretty amazing!
Ok......I can't stop crying now...probably like anyone watching this. Wow!! You two are SO inspirational and filled with God's Love and Spirit I am overwhelmed. For some reason (thanks God) I've been watching the life of the Judds lately. My sister and I would always sing your songs together.....trying to sound like you all....haha...Actually my sister was an incredible singer and loved people and ententertaining. Talk about a sense of humor. Out of all of my 9 siblings, her and I were like twins. So close. I recently retired military and was so looking forward to being able to hang out with my sister and her family and visiting when I wanted. She and her family were in Arkansas and I moved back to Colorado where I grew up. I was stationed mostly at the Pentagon. I even was the photographer one time when you entertained us at the Pentagon Wynonna.... THANK YOU!! What a loving heart you have...:-) My sister recently passed away from a violent horrible battle with cancer. After her funeral we played all of your songs that were so a part of us and our family. Now to see what you, Cactus, went through and how strong you guys are together....Oh my goodness......I can't stop crying......THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR STRENGTH, COURAGE AND SPIRIT FILLED AND HAPPY "ALTITUDE" AS OUR DAD CALLED IT. I believe I can now get through my sisters' death with more meaning. She would love your strength and trust in God's plan and I have to be strong in that. THANK YOU WYNONNA, CACTUS AND MOSTLY GOD IN JESUS' NAME.....AMEN!!!! < Stay blessed!
So many people who played a role in this, so thanks and blessings to you all for your roles no matter how big or small. God was working overtime through y'all. So grateful that there are people like you out there. I write poetry as one of my hobbies and have always wanted to write lyrics to a song. I don't know how to put it to music but this has definitely inspired me to write again. Thanks for sharing a tragic but beautifully inspiring story of faith, hope, and hard work.
I am blessed by you praying in the mighty name of Jesus. Also the humbleness you both share. God has plans for both of you. Always pray. God bless you both, your family and friends.
OMG....I,ve. Been on that highway a kazillion times....in the early 70,s....theres a resson ,,,,were all still here.....to fulfill our purpose...Love you both
Powerful! My husband has experienced a life altering injury. He is determined to walk again and works hard at his therapy. His attitude is amazing! Thanks for sharing your story. God Bless you both!
Prayers that your husband keeps his courage , works hard, and makes it all the way back! My husband is getting ready to have a second hip replacement. He cried the first time he walked without the walker. Not as bad as losing a leg, but it's hard doing the therapy and pushing through the pain to get back.
Just watched this for the second time, in April of 2022. I really didn't know much about you as a couple, but after seeing you in concert a few weeks ago, I started watching videos about your life. I'm so happy and grateful that you were able to come through all of this as a couple. God bless you both, and long life and happiness to you.
It’s December 31,2023 and I’m finding out about this today. I must of been living under a rock! It is truly an amazing story of surviving, rehabbing, and most of all unconditional love and support. God is great. People are too. ❤
I love Wynonna, she is a voice for women's strength and hope, not only in this with her beloved husband but in her walk in this life! I have watched all the docuseries with her and her mother...she is truly more then a survivor, she is truly a blessing. I wish her and her family long life and happiness, God has sent us glory and grace to hear her voice. I am 65 years old and I can certainly identify with her life and struggles. God bless her today and always.
Second time watching this and it still fascinates me. Awesome documentary and story of 2 amazing people. And regardless of their financial blessing and fame, he could have given up, became bitter and resentful..., but he didn't. And neither did she. Amazing story.
What a beautiful couple. Clearly they are soul mates. Sean you and all the others there saved Wy's true love. That has to feel so good. Cactus you are one tough SOB Sugah! Wy love your music. May God continue to bless you both.
Praise God for what he has brought you through and taking you too. God is awesome. I understand your struggle for I too lost both my legs five months apart. BUT GOD. THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS FOR YOU AND WY AND ALL THE FAMILY. STRENGTH AND HIS MIGHTY PEACE LOVE YA'LL😎❤ Gods blessings
tears running down my face as I watched this video. I can so relate, I was 49 at the time and went through a horrible spinal surgery well turned into 2 of them back to back. The first dr put one of the screws in wrong into my spinal canal when caused damage forever, only I did not know this at the time. Long story short(er) I have to go into rehab and learn how to walk again, man I cannot tell you how are this was, I am now so glad it is all behind me that is but not all the severe nerve damage. I honestly feel for you two, we never know what we are able to handle until we are given it. You touched my heart in such a sweet way...... I am so glad you had each other...How amazingly strong we can be when need be.
This story resonates with me soo deeply. I also was in a car accident in 2018..a week after our wedding. The other driver ran the stop sign and I t-boned his truck. As a result, I shattered my right heel and ankle. Needles to say...I've had 4 surgeries total over the last 4 years. Possibly a 5th. But the commitment that Wynonna has to Catcus, reminded me of how my husband was. God bless you both
So inspiring, your love for each other. Jehovah God in his word.. married for better or worse.. so Wynonna and family you loved Cactus through whatever come whatever come what may. Hugs.. Enjoy each other...
What an amazing journey. I have followed the Judd's, and Wynona over the years, I have seen them in concert when they came to Albuquerque NM. My husband and I rode motorcycle's as well. We have ridden all over the black hills , sturgis, crazy horse and mount Rushmore. My husband had a fatal motorcycle accident right in front of me almost 2 years ago. I have strong faith and know I will see him again!! When I see your story i think wow GOD can do amazing things! So inspirational! My heart goes out to you both Wy and Cactus GOD has a great plan for you both!! What a testimony!!! GOD bless you both and your families.
two humble, beautiful souls that I hope spend an eternity together. I just love this couple. RIP Naomi Judd. your passing brought me to this beautiful love story. Rest easy

God doesn’t do anything coincidentally! God bless you both always! ❤️🙏

This show gave me goosebumps to see. Thanks you so much for sharing this on youtube. I live in Denmark and we don't get to see things like this on TV here. I wish they would come to Copenhagen and play. As an American living here 19 years now, I really miss my country music being readily available and these 2, are Gods gift to our ears, eyes, souls and hearts. They would be welcomed in my home to just kick back relax and be treated like regular folks and treated with homemade Danish meals and shown the local sights like other friends and family have received when visiting from The States. God Bless them, their family and may their circle never be broken. Amen
Wow, I had no idea what you two and your family have been through. So thankful to hear you are a God fearing man...Amen! Prayers for you right now, in this moment! ❤️ 🙏 11-3-2020

This story is so powerful and God praising. I always loved Wy, but Catus and his accident has glorified God. Thank you for sharing your personal pain with all of us. I love you both.
