This was the coolest place I've been in a while! Thank you Foresty for showing me! The Rockies are quickly becoming one of my favorite places on earth!

Hiya .... omg now you also are making me hella nervous sleeping within such an unhealthy enclosed space. Simon always freaks us out when he stays in such places, but appears to not acquire respiratory illnesses, acute nor chronic. But not gonna lie that wee cabin was riddled with respiratory (alone) challenges...I do not know how you two slept there even with partial cleaning. So glad that you have been able to journey with him...many of us worry he is on his own (minus Rocko) all too often, hehe.

63-year old woman here. Found your channel about 6 weeks ago and have binge-watched every video from the past from the time you got Rocko. Your camera work is nothing short of amazing! You come through as truly genuine, like an old friend, just love your channel! I notice I get nervous when Rocko gets a bit far from you, scared something will get to her before you can, and I worry she needs shoes for the snow, but that's just the 'mom' in me 😁Your love and care for her come through in every video and she has a great life! And I love watching you cook! Keep doing what your doing, ignore the naysayers and know-it-alls, you are a wonderful young man!

I really like her! She's fun to be around, adventurous, can cook, not afraid to get wet or muddy and loves camping and the outdoors. Plus she's sweet! To me that's the absolute perfect woman!!!

If there was a water source near, I would make bathing a priority, after all the dusty work, firewood, hiking, even before eatting. Maybe a way to hang a line outside, and beat clothes with a broom handle , or stick, to freshen up. Use having two people working to your advantage , rather than both doing same chores. Pine needles or branches inside for better scent?

To be fair, she didn't fall very hard. She wasn't in any danger. He should have at least asked her if she was OK and not hurt. But this woman doesn't seem like the dainty type. She wants to be independent. But obviously she isn't cut out for the outdoors by herself, you never step on a large rock when crossing a river or creek without slip testing it first. In this case she had the bedrock to plant her foot onto which is what she should have done. Rookie mistake. Very easy to seriously hurt yourself or die in the wilderness. It's no joke.
@@TheTWISTmyGears capable independent woman. As I said she doesn't need help. She should have had her ski poles out. I ALWAYS had them out for water crossings (and most any other time) with a pack. I do occasionally open doors for women, and DO lend a hand to anyone if I can.
