Rocky Mountain Trench near Cranbrook, British Columbia (BC), Canada. The trench is one of the largest valleys on earth, and starts in Montana and runs about 1000 miles / 1600 km parrallel to the Alberta- BC border, in eastern British Columbia, to the BC-Yukon border. This is one of its widest points.

It's funny ya know. When Foresty started talking about getting a dog I thought that was a dumb idea. Figured it would be too restricting. Now Rocko is my favorite part of the show! Love that little dog!

I'm really glad Foresty found someone willing to go on a hike with him. I love the way Anna fell face down in the snow but got up and kept going, too funny and much respect.

I loved seeing two of my favorite van lifers in one “hike” and video 👍
I watched the episode that the cabin is built with my 8 years old. We talked about best material for roof- we think tree bark would work best. To keep the bark pieces in place and to prevent them from curling up use small straight wood and peg them in place to hold down the bark pieces. Nice to see you some comfort with someone.

Great video Forest! I know you wanted to keep the cabin bio degradable but maybe a tarp over the roof would not be such a bad idea. If you ever plan a longer stay at it. Love how well Rocko has learned to share pillows.😂
Tarp's a good idea for him to use just while he's there temporarily. :)

Thx for that. Glad you got to spend some time in the cabin before the heavy snow prevents it. Throw a tarp on the roof in the fall to keep the snow melt from dripping on you. That should help.
