I thought the wood stove was the best addition to the van, untill Rocko. Even your smile seems a bit wider and more frequent since this dog came into your life. Keep it up, my dogs love being at home but they love being in the woods more. She is one lucky pup being in the van life world!
Fantastic video! I think you could write kids books about Rocko's adventures on the hikes. The books would be great in schools to teach kids about the geography of Canada or anywhere else you like to hike. It would also make learning fun. Can't wait for the next adventure!

I agree. I inherited a female Yorkie from my mom. I was reluctant, but there was no choice. It was me or the human society. That dog turned out to be my best friend for many years. And I am fighting off tears right now because I miss her. She was a fearless warrior, and would have taken on a Grizzly to protect me, and was definitely wiser than me. Females have a great disposition and you usually don't have to worry about being the cause of dog fights. All dog are great but if igot another dog it would probably be female.
Fearless is so true. My JRT, Lula would run towards thunder and lighting, screaming bloody hell at it. Funny, I had a white van with my JRT for 17 years. Their loyalty is insane. I miss her so so much.
I have had two female JRTs. Mazzie and Morgan. I loved them both so much. Rocco here looks almost identical to Morgan and really makes me miss her. They are such great little dogs.
Another beautiful hike. Yes, having her spayed prior to the first heat will be easier on her. Aim for five months. It's so good to see you happy. Blessings to you and your girl.
Rocko travels real well in your rucksack, she is a lovely little dog, as others have said she will be a pair of awesome ears for you, Jack Russels are fearless to a point, but they are also highly intelligent and know when to cut and run, she is very very cute.
