I am not a mustang guy. but I have to say this is a badass body swap. 2006 and the 67 are the best mustangs as far as I'm concerned. I would love to see the fastback swapped on this same chassis. subscribed and waiting on an update

Thank you. I %100 agree with you. I wish I could have found a cheap fastback but they just keep going up. Crazy what people want just for a rusty shell. I will definitely post a update once I make more progress!!!

@@derrickklinefelter8827 25 years aga I had a 69 fastback red and white with the crager ss wheels. And if I knew now what that car would fetch I would have never sold it. But I was young and there was plenty of them around. $1200 is what I paid. And sold it for $10000. But it would fetch 20x that today.

@@jonathanallen9205 yeah I hear ya. I was big into Toyota pickups when I was younger I can’t believe what they are selling for now. Trucks I paid $100 for are selling for 5k plus, my father always says he wishes he keep some of the cars he had as a kid 57 Chevy 66 mustang convertible ext.. the one he really kicks himself for is the 1970 chevelle ss convertible he used for parts for his 70 ss hardtop however he still has that and 69 falcon

It’s time to finish it up! Add some commentary so we know some of the issues you had. It gives the next generation something to brainstorm about and improve. Looks good!

That’s a sick modification, has anyone out there done a conversion like that with a fastback? After all the cast back is a little bigger.

Thank you.. I do believe a fastback has been done but that was a 69 it is a little bigger than the 67/68. 67 and 68 fastback and coupe are the same size just slightly more room in the package tray area inside the car…

Not much progress from what’s in the slideshow. I’ve been busy with work and just got home from a 19 day vacation.
