The fact that Doc is ACTUALLY a doctor, with phd in maths, making Balatro content full time - I love everything about that. Jigsaw puzzle just falls into place sometimes in life.

I think the -3 ecto is at worsed slightly negative, and at best massively positive, hear me out: 1) if it lands on blueprint or a napkin - gg 2) if it lends on dna, you spend some time/money to get new blue/brain but for the final round you have +a litle hand size, and in the mean time it's neutar in crypteds (+1 per round +1 card from new blue/brain -3 from ecto), but positive on crypteds on bosses ) with perkeo it's a bit different: you are now -1/2 crypted per round, but +1 on bosses, and +~6 on one final fight (compared to no perkeo)
I kinda skipped a bit in part 2, but why did you want to drop DNA? Dropping Perkeo I follow enough, but DNA is basically just +hand size equal to your Blueprints and Brainstorms, which is just less Cryptids used, right? Is it just because you have enough Cryptids anyway that it taking a Joker slot isn't as worth it versus another Blueprint or Brainstorm? If it somehow had become Negative, would it be an issue?
Purely for the purposes of getting the biggest number at the end, we already have effectively 700 Hand Size. There was a consideration to use Burglar in the final round which would have given another +50 Hand Size. Relative to 700, the extra +50 is only 7% more. However, an extra Blueprint/Brainstorm gives you +20% triggers.

I don't understand the baron mime optimal explanation at 1:10:40 You first say baron and steel is 1, 2 (meaning (1,5Xmult)^2) Then you say red seal is 1,2, 3 with the mime? This is where I get lost A red seal would retrigger the baron and the steel (1,5Xmult^2) and the mime would retrigger baron, steel and red seal again, right? so mime would do (1,5Xmult^2 x 1,5Xmult^2) = (1,5Xmult^4) So in total, one steel red seal king held with one baron and one mime would give 1,5Xmult^8, right?
Maybe im completely missing something, but why on earth did he sell Fortune Teller!? That +791 mult, boosts the multiplayer to a significant amount right????
He needs baron or mine to be on the far left, so fortune teller would activate after a bunch of the 1.5x’s have already happened, so the +791 becomes very insignificant. Basically, there’s no way to get that +mult before all the exponential growth
I've heard that when there are too many cards on the screen (Held in Hand, Consumables, Jokers, etc), the selector "skips" when advancing from one card to the next. Like, the selector advances from one screen position to the next, but there are multiple cards in between which get skipped.
