Excellent video, thank you. I have been having a lot of trouble setting this fork up and this really helped. Is there anything you can suggest to improve the small bump compliance? Braking bumps and other kinds of smaller bumps are really beating me up. I weigh 206 lbs and I'm an old guy so I don't need the fork to take on massive hits. I'm looking for comfort. I hope this fork can be tuned for a cruiser like me. Thanks!

Glad I could help, it's a bit more involved but you can enhance small bump compliance by removing the volume spacer in the negative chamber. Basically you're increasing the volume of negative air spring and making it easier to break into the travel. This video walks you through the process: ua-cam.com/video/MoRBgToNGwk/v-deo.html

I've only done the 50hr and 100hr service which does not include the damper cartridge. I couldn't find the info on Ohlins website either.

@@NICADV It's weird because once you disassemble the ttx cartridge, then to assemble it you must have the information of when to put oil. Thank you so much for replying, I'll keep looking

Ohlins DH forks do have volume spacers in the negative air chamber you can tune with. Just not super easily accessible. At least my m.1 does.

True, mine does as well, but other brands like Fox and Rockshox use them as positive air chamber spacers. I think they are the only brand out there that allows for customization of the negative air spring.

Thanks for posting that. I'm 4 days/rides in with my DH38s and having a nightmare with braking bumps and square edge hits (high speed compression sort of stuff) I just can't get them tolerable over high speed chatter. Sending them in for a tune so will ask them to remove the spacer. My RXF38s are tuned and feel amazing.

@mateicc not yet no, they are being tuned and serviced next week. Not sure when I'll be able to test them out but keen to get them tested.
