    When I lived in Japan, I could only get Zaru Soba during the summer. One time I asked for Zaru Soba during the winter. The server looked at me funny and said summer only. I learned how to make it so I could have it all year long.

      You can put them on Udon too even cold ones.
      I’ve never seen it but I don’t see why it shouldn’t be in Ramen either!

    Great video. My craving for cold soba is getting worse right now. I want to make it but i can't find soba noodle in any nearby stores :((( guess i have to buy it online.

      Lately it's been udon... they keep for ever after you cook them.
      I'm getting better at yakisoba.
      The kids sit and watch anime, and the only thing I can think of is I want to make and eat that…. Whatever food they're having.
      So I've really started looking lately.
      They now demand miso soup on Sunday mornings.
