That's not 쑥 (Artemisia princeps, mugwort, yomogi), that's 쑥갓 (Glebionis coronaria, crown daisy, chrysanthemum green, shungiku, tonghao). They are different plants. 쑥 is used to make 쑥떡 aka yomogi mochi. 쑥갓 is a vegetable added to dishes and soups like sukiyaki and 꽃게탕

I usually watch several different videos when trying a new recipe and I continued to come back to yours because your recipe is easy and delicious overall. I did add a bit of crushed ginger to the sauce as some chefs do, and I used cooked Udon noodles because the noodles you suggested was not available in the store. I seared the meat on one side and set it to the side and added it only at the end when serving the pot because my family likes the meat medium rare. This was a very delicious recipe you presented thank you for your video and hard work.

I’m a little confused. Crown Daisy and Mugwort are not the same plant. I don’t know the names for them in Korean but this looks like Shungiku (garland chrysanthemum or crown daisy) not yomogi (mugwort)?
