Just started getting leg pain aching down both legs possible coming from the lumbar spine but it just doesn't feel like sciatic it feels like something else I take magnesium glycinate but I don't think I'm taking enough taking 4 5/600 mg maybe is not enough for me and I need more have been under a lot of stress could that be depleting my magnesium stores
