Thanks for this video Ronnie 🙏 Transition is so important it needs to be emphasised. One can easily fall into frustration and anger at not being able to quit the addictions overnight. When looking back over a year, one can see the major progress that has been made. 💪
You make a great point here i am a junk food vegan trying to quit smoking just trying to cut it all off at once haha im just so sick of cooking recipes everyday, i guess ive got a long long way to come, especially with ocd anxiety and depression, its not a good mix
Still alive mate good job haha, every time i think about going raw i search what i eat videos and get overwhelmed and then remember that you do it really simply and come back here for kind if comfort, whats your diet looking like these days? Still just fruit in the day and lettuce and tomatoes for dinner? 😄
I would agree with smaller goals, slower transition over a timeframe of at least 6 months to 1 year. Also i agree with tracking and also educating yourself and someones worst, cheat,r treat or exemption days is where someone is at. Thank you for sharing this information and i confirm i also followed these steps the last 24 years from Junk omnivore to longterm pure raw fruitarianism. Most of your shared experiences through these videos match my experiences and understanding too. You cannot jumb from kindergarten to PHD professor overnight and straight away. Can you? Someone usually requires semesters and years to progress to the next stage.🙂
Agree with the slower transition. Thankful for someone speaking on this. I hope this message spreads. 🙏🏼🌳🥑

Thank you Nikoloas. We all come to the same conclusions I think. We work with the same body and background.
