Wow, that song really spoke to me. Thank you. The guy's bass voice gave me goosebumps and chills. I'm definitely a fan of him now! For me the song described an uncontrolled descent into a dark mental place where you feel trapped. Deeply touching and emotional.

Thank you so much for getting to Avi's new song. In the video talk he did just prior to the music video's debut he said it was the first performance based video he has done in quite awhile. Change On the Rise and others were more dramatic with not an instrument in sight. He previewed this and a couple other songs at a livestream concert he did back in April. The first time he and the 2 musicians he has had with him since he started touring again (Kaleb Thomas Jones on bass and Noah Denney on drums) were able to physically meet since the whole Covid thing started. Everybody went crazy for this song of his new ones he played. If you want a genre name probably Outlaw Country or Southern Rock. He's got another one with heavier bass but carried by the bass guitar while he sings the melody. It makes sense, he is lead vocals now not background singer so his deep baritone is sung with the bass guitar underneath carrying the bass line. Love his voice it has only gotten richer in the last few years. Thanks again for preservering through the copyright block. The store looks good 👍

I have depression check that box. I am in recovery check that box. Going back and calling that guy that you shouldn't be calling check, check, check. I've been sending this song out to as many people in my 12 step program. This song just blows me away. The same is true for change on the rise because that's About him coming out of the depression. This is one of my very favorite lower register songs, and this studio version is my preferred one, since it carries the lower vibe all the way through and is more dramatic and powerful than the other versions. It's audio only, but there's also a version he did live in that same UA-cam Space LA mini concert from 2020 that you reacted to my request for "Full Moon" from. It's excellent, too, but the backing vocals done by Kaleb are falsetto and don't have the same gravitas as Avi's bass layering in the studio one. It's a fairly normal response ratio for something that isn't pop music. It has been climbing in case you had not noticed. Avi has had that personal style of long hair and beard since he left PTX. It is quite popular among alot of singers again outside of pop music.
