    i eat kesong puti in the province and i pair it with hot pan de sal its very healthy ang nutritious anyway

    Wow! A real eye-opener for me 😲 I thought that you were going to post a video about a dish using kesong puti. I didn’t know that it was about the kesong puti itself 😀 You’re right, it’s surprising how easy it is to make.

      Hello! similar po ang recipe nito sa buttermilk, pero iba po ang kalalabasan. Pwede po gamitin ang kahit anong milk na may mataas na fat content like full cream milk.

      Hello! Kung walang carabo's milk sa US, it's ok. I saw videos of them using fresh cow's milk. The ones in the carton, im not sure if it will be as creamy as the unpasteurized. You can still try! :)

    Bakit hindi po nabuo un ginawa ko? Pagka lagay po ba ng vinegar at kalamansi. I off na ang fire and wait for 30 mins? Ano pong brand ng vinegar nyo? Thanks

      Hello po! Pag off po ng fire( dapat wag kulo, just before boiling iturn off ang fire), saka ilalagat ang vinegar at calamansi. Mix konti, and then wait for 30mins :) pag lagay nyo ng calamansi at vinegar, makikita nyo agad na nag ccurdle yung milk :) vinegar is just datu puti :) pero ang dinig ko, kung may sukang iloko kayo masarap din!😊😊

      @@waldetteconstantino4827 hello! 2 1/2 Tbsp vinegar :). Make sure to put it together with the calamansi right after turning off the heat. I guarantee you will see it curdle right away! :)
