Hello and welcome to The Curious Home Cook's Kitchen!
Easy to cook comfort food (local and international) that I cook at home in Manila, Philippines. I'm not a Chef, but I'm an absolute foodie! I have so much to share but there are a lot of things that I still want to know and learn about! 😍

TRUFFLE CREAM PASTA |Tipid Hacks!| The Curious Home Cook
TRUFFLE CREAM PASTA SAUCE:
2 T butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1 small onion
Mushrooms (optional, i use button or shitake.. shitake is better)
240g All purpose cream
1.5c milk or water
1/2 Chicken boullion cube or 1/2 C parmesan (or use both, adjust mo nalang the saltiness to your liking)
2 cubes frozen truffle sauce (add if you want more)
-sauté garlic and onions. Add mushrooms. Simmer until mushrooms are fully cooked
-add cream and milk/water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
-add parmesan or boullion cube and let it simmer for a few minutes.
-add frozen truffle sauce and simmer for a bit more before adding it to freshly cooked pasta.

You can use microwave instead of fry it in the pan, use 800 watts for 4-5 minutes is perfect And during the cooking don’t forget to check frequently to avoid burning the garlic.
How to cook it without bitter taste on it?
Remove the middle part of the garlic clove. Thats whats bitter.
