Great chunks of knowledge again mate. A while ago you mentioned how your always playing drums in your head when building riffs etc and I never really concepted that concept, seemed foreign to me. I have started playing to random youtube metal drum back tracks etc and the penny has dropped a bit. Now when I watch your stuff I am thinking drums in my head hahah. Pro tip of yours I have run with ans having some success.

Dunn, I almost chopped off my pinky finger a few years ago and it doesn’t work quite right when I go to play a string or cord. Any recommendations on how I could change it up
I’d grab the 10th fret with your third finger and slide it back one fret to the 9th fret. The minor barre chord Id focus on notes on strings 2,3,4 which are the most important notes for the minor chord sound.
I just figured something out. That would be a helluva harmonizing for 2 guitars. One of them plays the riff and the other one is hitting serous power chords before the guitarist playing that riff. Polyrhythm. That’s what I was thinking of

The tuning is on the right hand side of the screen at the 27 second mark. It’s written D Standard tuning in white 🤘🏻
