Join me Nate Bower and Logan as we compete head to head for a segment of the Crossfit games 24.1 workout.
Crossfit and Boxing are tough and highly competitive sports. The recent 24.1 Crossfit competition
protocol was combination of dumbbells snatches and burpee dumbbell jump overs.
Logan I show you how set up and execute this workout.
We modified the 24.1 Crossfit open slightly by adding a boxing set to give you an incredible mix of resistance and boxing stamina. Let us know in the comments if you want to see Logan and I compete head to head in more competitive workouts.
