It's been a fun journey, I hit 1k a bit before the game released (I think?) but growth has been much faster since -- and I've noticed several of the other Star Wars Unlimited channels have really been growing as well. Seems like there's a lot of interest in SWU content, which is probably quite a good sign for the game as a whole!
I'm playing a budget Boba deck by default because my collection is rather small. I highly recommend Recruit and Bib Fortuna. Even if you don't draw Bib, you can generally recoup the 1 cost by killing an opposing unit, if you have Bib, then you can search your top 5 for free. It also boosts the impact of Bosk and Greedo by increasing the number of events in the deck. When you don't have a lot of cards then you want to have more chances to get the ones that are actually good.
@@andrewsierra2004 sorry not sure what this issue is with SWUDB but I've tried multiple times to publish my list and keep getting errors. It's really nothing special, but the basic idea was since I didn't have a lot of cards, but I was lucky enough to get ECL, I went all in trying to push my strongest play, which is Steadfast Battalion. I landed on using Recruit as well because I wanted to make sure I always brought out Battalion, the same turn as Boba. I just play the best low drops/removal I have so I can make sure I get the 1 resource back that it costs to play Recruit. It's essentially like having 6 copies of Steadfast Battalion. If I happen to play Bib Fortuna early, even better, because Recruit is effectively free to play.

I’ve been lucky enough to pull two Boba Disintegrators, so I was definitely looking at building Boba. Seems like a cool deck, just need a few more cards to finish things off
Can u do a director krennic list compared to the 1st place deck and what changes u would make in a heavy boba fett meta. This is lucky from luckygamingtcg hi old friend
I think Double Cunning Boba has a better matchup against aggro than green Boba, but I currently wouldn’t recommend the deck (competitively speaking) because I think it has a major disadvantage in mirror matches against Command Boba, which I currently consider “the deck to beat”.
I tried this Boba build, I always was countered by some combos(ex. Traitorous VS my StarViper and Vanquishes just destroyed my game) and lost badly twice in matchups against Luke and Iden yesterday ;P I gave my colleague my maxed-out Sabine deck and he won 2 matchups & lost 1 making plenty of errors ;) The only card I don't have was Vader, I think Boba deck sucks against late-game control decks, especially Luke with dozens of shields. I need to change something, maybe add some reinforcement walkers or I will give up green Boba completely
This is why Boba dominated the UK event top 8s. Those who're willing to pay premium for the legendary cards have higher chance of taking down a tourney.
Agree just replace the Boba with Swoop Racer or cell block guard you get a very budget deck that is almost as good as the original. but yeah you won't be as low a 5$
boba red is also very solid. Death star stormtrooper, force choke, fifth brother, open fire, bombing run, ruthless raider, and tarkin town are all very welcome additions to boba.
It's so funny, I just pulled the trigger on 2 Bobas today. I could've waited a few hours and gotten them a bit cheaper (paid 60 each through TCG Player). Full disclosure, I had already purchased 5 booster boxes, and I couldn't justify purchasing anymore boxes on the chance that I will pull anymore Bobas or Vaders, of which I pulled one of each.
most of the constructed, competitive-tier decks are priced like pokemon (50-100 or less) and then Boba green be comin in looking like you're building a Modern deck for MTG lol
Deck runs with 2 Bobbas just fine. One Vader is usually resourced, and cheaper versions run less units for Vader to even find. Sure, when Vader fires off it seems incredible, it is really the Firesprays.
Sweet series. I'd personally like to see more content like this, as having a clear upgrade path is very helpful.

One thing of note. Since you draw 2 cards per turn id say it does not hurt you all that much to get only 1 or 2 copies of expensive cards.
I would like to ask why syndicate lackeys and not mercenary company? In the medium cost deck.
Mostly because the Syndicate Lackeys can be played at 5 resources instead of 6!

It has a really bad matchup against Krennic too for me

I think Boba will be at a disadvantage against control decks -- your best option might be to try and push through with early aggressive play.
