@@TheNinjaTCG emerald/steel discard deck and any Tiana deck, and aggro mirror other than that most of other decks don’t give me too much problem not even steel if you play into that matchup correctly but it still hard win because of cogsworth though lol
@@chavaperez8445 I finally got some more games in. My revised version can definitely win against Steel decks (I was able to beat discard, Tiana, and Amber Steel songs), but it gets tough when you don't go first. Did fairly well against other aggro decks as well. I actually haven't been seeing much Ruby Amethyst control in the ladder (actually a lot more R/A aggro), but I did lose one game to R/A control because they went first and did everything perfectly to slow me down until they could Be Prepared. Then I drew 2 Genies, which didn't help me much to bounce a Lady Tremaine or Fox. It was definitely perfect for them and bad luck for me, but still super solid against R/A control overall.
@@TheNinjaTCG nice with into ink lands I think emerald as aggro is looking get better with urlsa so depending how much Is new cards I actually might shift completely to E/A just for fact friends from other side gonna go so well with ursla which let you search for kuzo or genie whatever your top end is along with giving you ways to abuse songs is amazing and with all other new tools emeralds has gotten it only gonna get better for budget players hopefully

Plus they can really only deal with one character at a time with their Madam Mims, so having a bunch of characters out works really well against them. The revised version (Kird Ape 2.0) definitely cuts down on the one drops though so that it's a bit more resistant to Steel (Grab Your Sword & Tinkerbell).
@@TheNinjaTCG But even the revised version, it's so important that one should run 12 one drops. Makes sense I think. You really want to play questing power equal or greater then your ink curve. So turn three a two cost and one drop is better then a three drop.
I been trying this deck out and I made some changes and out of 39 games I have 62 percent win rate this deck so good and fun

Yes, that's why I like it. I just had a bit of time last night and got myself up to Platinum with it fairly quickly.

Why so many one drops? I feel like they will just clog up your draws. is the early loring just that important?
