    Awesome editing and great info! Also, whoever did the camera work and filming must be a professional or something, the quality is amazing.
    Also, that guy at the end saying cars ruin cities, he’s spitting facts!

    The Fourth Avenue street fair is the best time to visit Fourth Avenue. The desert zoo is best visited when they’re having a raptor exhibition. Mount Lemon is worth the drive. The butterfly museum is great! I was there for my kid’s graduation, PhD in Biomedical Engineering so we didn’t have a lot of time to get real touristy but some things in general that are impressive is accessibility to bicycles, no light pollution so we enjoyed star gazing and some shooting stars one night, and finally the cost of groceries are less than the national average and almost every food truck had excellent food!

    Tucson should have their own observation tower like how Seattle has the Seattle space needle, that would be awesome!

      We do have an observation point. You can drive the road to the top of Sentinel Peak (A mountain), which is right across the freeway from downtown. Great views of the city. Or you can do a fairly easy hike to the top of Tumamoc hill - another great vantage point

    I love watching vlogs like yours, I grew up in Tucson and you started out in one of the areas I lived in as a kid. We lived on 6th Ave (behind Tucson High) and one of me & my little brothers favorite things to do was ride our bikes thru the 4th avenue street fair and going to the Dairy Queen. Thanks for making this video.

    Being a Tucson resident myself, it's nice to see someone appreciate our City, but for those of you from out of town, you should know the areas he focused on are a very specific, small portion of Tucson...most of Tucson is a typical Western US sprawl style city (unfortunately). We're not alone in this, we just made the same mistakes a lot of other towns/cities made....hopefully that'll change in the years to come, but just worth noting. If you wanted to live/play in the cool places he highlights, they're still pretty rare, so still expensive at the moment (high demand/low supply). You could probably entertain yourself in the highlighted areas for a vacation or something though.

    Yeah, no.
    I live in Tucson now, but I’ve lived in Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis and Chattanooga. ALL heads above Tucson. What does Tucson have above and beyond all those places? Homelessness, crime, no police presence, ungodly heat, bad water, no cold water from the tap, black widow spiders, scorpions… the negative list is endless. Seriously.

      @@Parker-GreenI would recommend some local street food favorites like Tacos Apson, Caramelo king, and Percherones. 12th and 6th street are just absolutely filled up with options of Mexican food with different styles and takes that really earned us the city if gastronomy aside from being linked to the creation of corn. I enjoy your videos keep coming back there is a endless amount of options it seems somtimes even for locals.

    What a strange presentation by a strange man talking and walking backwards. This would have been worth watching if he had taken us in to at least some of the places instead of a non-stop recitation.👎

    • @Parker-Green
      @Parker-Green  8 місяців тому +8

      What’s strange is commenting hate on a random small UA-cam channel’s video..

    • @klee88029
      @klee88029 8 місяців тому

      @@Parker-Green It's definitely not hate, simply my very disappointed impression of your presentation. If you are going to put yourself out to the public, you need to be able to take the criticism with the praise. And in my opinion, your review of Tucson, a city and area that I know well and love, was very superficial. But, if that's your style and you think that is good enough, then, que sera, sera.

    • @klee88029
      @klee88029 8 місяців тому

      @@Parker-Green Also, the walking backwards is dizzying after a minute of watching it, and keeping the camera focused on YOU instead of the subject matter, which you glossed over instead of taking the time to really show more of the unique businesses you briefly mentioned means you are more concerned about your image than the video content.

    • @CarlosHernandez-qg4bn
      @CarlosHernandez-qg4bn 8 місяців тому +7

      This isn’t criticism, you’re calling him strange which is a really backhanded “critique”. Hopefully you’re socialized enough to understand that?? You’ve also chosen to sidestep any positive notes, which would only be the case if you didn’t think his video had any merits. I don’t think you would care to comment if you didn’t find anything you liked in this video, so it’s telling you’ve left it entirely out of your malicious review

      Tucson hot 6 months of the year and can't enjoy the outdoors even back yard is 98 at night. Only the rich professionals can enjoy what is offered--nothing free to enjoy and only at night--one or two 'fairs' a year--boring. Stark differences between haves and have nots.
