Did the Dr tell you Eggs are fat and bad for cholesterol and eggs cause heart attacks? I remember the diet culture from the 80s and 90s when everyone was on a fat free diet.
I found the secret to the easiest way to peel hb eggs. I boil the eggs for 12 mins, then ice water bath for five mins. Here’s the secret. Take a small glass jar (like mustard or jam jar). Place one egg in jar, screw on lid. Shake 16 times, up and down (each down equals one time). The peel practically (or literally in some cases) falls off. Repeat with each egg (don’t try to put more than one egg at a time, even for a larger jar). Rinse and dry the eggs.

I love to use bell peppers and stuff them with the egg salad it is delicious with the crunch.

We make ours exactly the same! Except I use a couple tablespoons of capers instead of lemon juice.

I don’t know if she does, but I usually soak mine in cold water for 5 minutes!
