Also Having equal coordination, having a balance between flexibility and muscle having a good mind and muscle cordination.(basically having the most well rounded body) And how you could apply all of this to your training. Another thing I think you should touch on is dieting and how the most well rounded body would look like. In regards to rest sets for plyometrics or any power related movements I believe Dr Andy Galpin had mentioned the use of cluster sets as being beneficial. As I interpret cluster sets its the act of doing 3 micro sets of perhaps 3 reps, resting for 30 seconds in between, then after those 3 sets are concluded taking a 2-3 minute rest in between the clusters.
I like the idea of doing it this way because I feel such a lull in training if I only perform 3 box jumps and then sit around for several minutes.

I just want to caution against dropping off a box jump. I landed wrong and hyperextended my knee and I haven't been the same since. I suppose you cab say this type of thing with any exercise, but stepping off the box is just much safer

Have you tried rehabilitation? Is it something that can be rehabilitated?

@@slushyslushy7777 I'm not crippled, but im not sure if I'll ever be able to squat/ deadlift heavy again. My knee's capacity feels like it was lowered, like its running at 65% instead of 100. I'm still able to work a hard labor job, and I run, do yoga, exercise fine. But, if I were a young athlete, I wouldn't be able to wrestle, hold my own as a lineman, steal bases, etc. The same way as before.
It's like a bungie cord, if it gets too stretched it won't go back to its original taughtness. You can still use it, but it might be a little loose

@@PcCAvioN I know that you never asked for help or alternatives and if you dont like jumping down a box it is ok, however if you want to pursue this practice again you could try tendon training(PJF performance
Supplements & Exercise for Patellar Tendinopathy & Achilles ...www.youtube.com › watch) Hyperarch mechanism and start incorporting low impact high duration activities like hyperarch jumps and trying to lift something that wont budge or push something that wont move, stress throught the joint, that might help.

You've injured the knee ligament(s). Get an MRI and do rehab, or pursue surgery. Worse things have happened to people and they've returned. Recovery starts with belief

I could you do a captain America’s workout routine. Also Asta training from black clover would be another good one too.
