Heyyyyyy lovelies, following on from my last video where I used Wendy's silicone inlays - I got a surprise package in the post from one of my patrons. A whole pack of 10 moulds - this meant I could use all 10 of Wendy's inlays before I start my Spring and Botanical series of videos. Huge thank you to Paul for the amazing gift of these moulds. It probably would have taken me weeks to make them myself ha ha.

Speaking of cool, I just tried making polymer clay things because I can't do resin during winter - but I gave up because my hands were too cold, and the clay was super stiff. I could use a fire-breathing dragon in my life right now.

Beautiful!!! Hey, Claire? Spritz your inlays with iso alc first before popping them in the resin. Yes, or coat with resin!
If the mica isn't sticking, just mix iso alc with the powders to make them coat the resin beautifully!
Very beautiful. One question though,could you cover the resin with mica then remove the inlay and coat there for a different effect?

The bubble pearls are perfect dragon hoards and the wizards will have a ball later on.
Awesome pendants Claire❤ I do love the bubbles in the resin on these it gives them a little more character so dont worry.
They look great!! Love the wizard!! I’ve had the same issue with the resin curing completely and the mica not sticking… If you rub your finger on it, the oil from your skin helps it stick….

The mica can be mixed with 99% rubbing alcohol, which causes the mica to stick beautifully.
The purple is beautiful! The bubbles and the black peeking through create a stunning effect.
Well, would the alcohol ink mixed with Chameleon powder work on the less sticky older resin?
Not alcohol INK, but just rubbing alcohol, would work.

Hi Claire, that's amazing.
But I need some advice on your previous video on the silk screen. I tried it today and have a few questions. I used acrylic paint, but as I was doing it 6:28 was a little to thick so I sprayed a little water on but it made it two thin. Would you add water or another medium to the acrylic paint. It didn't look to bad it came out a mixture of black and grey.
Then it came to wash the screen. It said rinse under warm water.....well didn't work, I ended up scrubbing with fairy liquid and still couldn't get it completely clean. So...a little advice please. Love your channel and videos 😊

Total D&D and LOTR vibes here! Love these so incredible 😊 if you take a small brush and brush on some resin before you lay your inlays it’ll keep from getting bubbles under the inlays.

These are just gorgeous !!!! and yes the air bubbles do look like pearls
Notes are often hidden in those tiny bits of paper (2”x2”?) they include indicating the items.

I bought these inlayd from wendy after the last video al9ng with some others, they came today cannot way to play with them.
Inlays are so cool 😎 I need to give them a try! I wonder if you were to spray them with alcohol before dropping them in the resin that they might stop some of those pearls from forming?

If you have wax seals, you can make your own silicone inserts like those. I don’t remember who I saw do that, but they came out just like those. It may have been Pouring Your Heart Out, I will snoop around and see if I can find the video.
