    I love it...
    I think you need to improve the title and properly add ranking tags (according to the content) in the video tags section. You should also share the video on various social media sites. That way you can easily reach a nice audience with your videos... Your dedication to your channel and the concept of your videos is really impressive. you're doing pretty well.But your content isn't getting the viewership you want...I believe this will meet all your needs... and I wish you the best on your journey on UA-cam..

    When you lose weight, you lose muscle and fat. You gain weight with food, but muscle requires strength training.
    Your diet and exercise program, should be simple and doable.
