*40 MIN Strength workout Dumbbells
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to.
▸ time: 40 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: 4x pairs of Dumbbells are recommended (mine: 2x 9kg, 2x 5 kg),
▸ muscles worked: full body

I was confused too! Maybe she’s thinking the actual work doesn’t feel as long for us when the beeps come earlier. She’s incredible as a trainer so I’m following her rules. Lol
I prefer 3sec countdown too
I’ve done a couple with the 5secs now - didn’t like at first but have got used to it now - yes the work doesn’t feel quite as long! 😊

Ich trainiere heute auf den Tag genau seit zwei Jahren nur mit deinen workouts und das täglich! Es wird einfach nicht langweilig 😅 Im Gegenteil man entwickelt sich mit dir weiter! Liebe dieses workout - wie jedes andere davor auch! Wenn ich abends meine sneak Peak (wenn möglich) mache, dann freue ich mich bereits so sehr auf den nächsten morgen, dass das aufstehen meistens gar nicht mehr so schwer fällt um 4.00 Uhr 😅

Toller Workout- einer meiner absoluten "favorites" bei Dir. Nicht zu Anstrengend- aber auch nichtgemütlich. Ich kann ihn leise in meiner Altbauwohnung machen. Auch weil er ohne Schuhe ist- ich mache immer ohne Schuhe.
