If it was an ls with a single bump stick and pushrods it'd be 700hp at 4k. Pushrod motors just make more power under the curve

Why not start with a GT? The entire purpose behind the GT350 is high-revving NA goodness.
Because as you can see this turbo setup comes alive at 6500rpm. If anything they need to extend redline to 9K
