    As a drummer, I really appreciated the rhythmic flow to this one! Super fun and groovy! Might try it with ankle weights next time!

    Ouccccccchhhhhhh! Loved it, hated it. At the last run through, I had to stop for a minute through the leg pulses; my thighs were burning. I finished it though and I am sweating. Thanks Claire and hope Scott is on the mend and feeling better. Christine

    Just done this with Storm Eunice raging outside 🥵🥵Took my mind of the wind but my life this was hard. I was rubbish but stuck it out to the bitter end 🤣🤣
    Thanks again for keeping theses workouts interesting. 👌🏻

    Day 13 rocks!!!! All the moves are powerful and invigorating!!! And the pace is fantastic!!!!! Loved it Claire! Wow Day 14 tomorrow and then Day 15, and I have loved every minute of it!!!!! 💛💛💛💛💛!!!!!

      I know it’s almost done and the best is yet to come. Tomorrow is weighted abs and then finishing on disco. I can’t stress enough Laura how nice it is that you have stuck with us 💝

    Wow, this has got to be the hardest workout yet, brilliant as always! 😉
    I'm thoroughly enjoying the weights too and have added them on to my rebounding session everyday.
    Along with kick start I'm doing dry January.

    oof this was a tricky one for me to keep up with, but I tried my best and modified a few moves. Great workout though as ever.
