I love rebounding and came across your channel a few months ago I have done a few of your older workouts and really enjoyed them but I absolutely love these type of section rebounding workouts 😍 they are so challenging and great fun 😀 you really feel like you have done a great workout. Hi. I'm from Portugal and I just wanna thank you for all your rebound videos! I had jumping classes on a gym, but since the pandemic I started training at home. Thanks to you both, I "resurrected" my trampoline and realise that Jumping is the only modality that doesn't bore me with time. I love the moves and the music, it's very challeging and fun and in the end I always feel great with myself. I'm just sorry that I can't thank you every time I follow one of your videos! What a super class!!!!! Love the exercises and the BPM's were perfect for staying in the aerobic zone! Loved the circuits and then putting them all together! Day 11 is done and I am so smiling!!!!!😁 Ready for Day 12!

Thank you Thank you- love this workout- quick question- when you do a knee raise or anything on one foot , i feel like i am pretty static and nor bouncing enough, but i think my balance would be too challenged- do you get better as this as you do it? You always seem to be bouncing whether on one foot or two?
