Looks gorgeous. We love broccoli here too. We char it on a griddle (brushing with garlic olive oil first), add flaked almonds towards the end and generous splashes of lime juice. mind you, smoky broccoli sounds irresistible. Thanx for sharing. x
im too trying to use up whatever i can especially as its food waste action week ( we try to use everything all the time anyway as we cant afford to waste food). im collecting an olio collection at 1pm today so looking forward to that, i know theres loads of mushrooms, bagged salad, spinach and baby new potatoes so ill be in the kitchen this afternoon filling the freezer with whatever delights i can make with whatever needs using up in the fridge first. ive had some good olio collections lately so theres plenty of batch cooked food in the freezer. any bagged salad thats too far gone to be edible i still collect as its all free food for our 2 guinea pigs. have a great week❤
