Cutting this scene did Regina and the episode no favors. In my opinion, they should have cut out the parts of Grumpy, Happy, and Granny bitching at Snow and kept this. This scene explains how Snow ended up at the power plant, and also connects the thread of the episode between Regina's note to Henry at the beginning saying stay away to the reunion at the end. Without this scene, there's very little explanation for why she lets him in. She just does. This is a stronger, character driven moment that still has humor, and should have made the final cut.
“You can find enlightenment at the power plant.” Did Regina just make a pun? Also I love that this kind of ties into the book in how Snow looks up to Regina and Regina can’t help but feel a bit responsible for her.
This scene is the key of what happen later on at the power plant (how did Snow thought of going there) and with Henry. Don't see the reason why not adding it to the episode. LOVE MY QUEEN #EvilRegal 4 ever
I def need more Regina/Snow scenes. This is actually a really cute moment. There’s so much to unpack. Actually, until King Leopold’s death, Regina was a good (step)mother to Snow, even if she didn’t want to be. Later it didn’t come from the heart of course, but they have so much to mend and time to make up, even though Regina is only about 9-11 years older than Snow.
Peo0le saying Regina was being rude. Not really? Regina specifically said she wanted to be alone, snow literally breaks in and ask for help and then basically says she can't do it because she has a baby. Snow and David always had a problem with getting others to fix their problem. She did eventually give snow encouragent and gave her an answer and no matter how 'rude' she was or how she was feeling, she had every right to ask about her son. And snow, sorry, but you really have no right to tell Regina or suggest she doesn't know what she is doing. You may have been a teacher but you pretty much gave that up as soon as the curse was broken and never actually raised a child.
Really too bad that they cut this scene for time. It clearly shows while she is not "good," Lana Parrilla is being permitted in her role to now be a little "good" while being "selfish" as well. There have been a lot of complants about the regression of Regina, but this shows that all is not lost with her character again. They left the "reunion" with Henry in the episode, but it is not explained why she accepts him to come in her home when she write the note to stay away. This clearly shows why it happened - that Regina still listens to Snow While to some degree - and that is a clear advancement over season 1.
That scene really shouldn't have been cut. It showed Regina's pain over what happened with her love life. And I liked it much better than the whole going-to-rewrite-the-book-because-it's-all-ist-fault and in doing that going bad again. That was kind of childish. The book doesn't write the story, things only appear in the book once they happened. Fight for your love. But without resorting back to evil ways. Stay good and you will get your happy ending. If only the good ones get their Happy Endings. Besides, be angry with Robin, coming over all 'I love YOU, but she's my wife'. Like that's ever not turned out with people sad, angry or resentful.
GibbsLittleZiva ya gotta understand they only have 40 mins of run time on ABC. If it’s not absolutely essential to the plot it has to go, even if it’s a great scene.
They didn't make a single damn episode about Regina holding baby Neal in her arms, or helping Snow or giving him tips on how to take care of him. Regina just cares about Henry and that's it? I found the whole series kind of boring to be drooling on Henry and licking him like a puppy that doesn't wean.

Why does regina always have to be so rude. I hate her. She thinks so much of herself after ruining so many lives. She dosent even feel bad. Just had such awful attitude all the time.
well think about it from her point of view, she has such a dark heart and barely has any love in it except for Henry and she's pushing him away cause she thinks she's doing the right thing which is actually making her miserable .
@@kammy925 Yea true. But still.. she could try to feel a bit bad for all the lives shes destoryed in which snows would be the 1st but she still has so much attitude. There's no way the writers cut this scene out. Nope this was all the producers & the network.

Can't believe they actually cut this scene, I LOVE it😭😭
These two really know how to counsel each other.
Rivals/Enemies sometimes understand each other like no other person can, because you're on your own personal world locked in said conflict.

Nice scene. Her house seems so cozy.

If Regina raised baby while being mayor, surely snow can too
Regina created Storybrooke to make everyone miserable, Snow White cast the second curse because she was pressured to stop Zelena.

Wow,
There was no reason to be rude when she asked for help. Then ask about Henry.
Please. Can you insert subtitles into the video or transcribe the dialogue below? Thanks
